Fibroid Treatment

Growths that form in the uterine wall are referred to as myomas or uterine fibroids. They're typically benign (noncancerous). There are several causes of uterine fibroids, including

• Genetics
• Hormonal Imbalance
• Pregnancy

Some women don't realise they have uterine fibroids until they get an ultrasound or a pelvic exam. Uterine fibroids are typically found during an inspection when a woman complains of having unusually heavy periods. The following symptoms may also be present with fibroids

• Constant feeling of fullness
• Pain during intercourse
• Pelvic pressure or pain
• Lower back pain
• Frequent urination
